Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using our website. By accessing bulktshirtsadda.com or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Bulk T-Shirts Adda is a bulk t-shirt manufacturer and wholesaler based at IX/1627, Patel Gali, Subhash Road, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi – 110031, India. We operate both offline and online, serving clients across India and internationally.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are placing an order for genuine business, personal, or organisational use
The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Products and Orders

3.1 Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided in good faith. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and fabric dyeing processes.

3.2 All orders are subject to availability. For custom or bulk orders, we will confirm availability and timelines before production begins.

3.3 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces unless otherwise stated for specific products or offers.

3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there is an error in pricing or product description.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Our standard payment terms are: 50% advance payment before production begins, and the remaining 50% before dispatch.

4.3 We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods as communicated by our team at the time of order.

4.4 For international orders, pricing and payment terms will be agreed upon separately.

5. Customisation and Design

5.1 By submitting a design, logo, or artwork to us, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that design and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

5.2 We are not responsible for errors in designs approved by the customer. We will share a digital mockup for approval before production — please review carefully.

5.3 We reserve the right to decline printing of any design we consider offensive, illegal, or inappropriate.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Ready stock is typically dispatched within 24 hours. Custom orders generally take 7–15 working days depending on quantity and complexity.

6.2 We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

6.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch of the goods to the courier.

7. Returns and Replacements

7.1 We take quality seriously. If you receive defective or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

7.2 We do not accept returns for custom-printed or personalised orders unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.

7.3 Replacement or refund decisions are made at our discretion following inspection of reported issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on https://bulktshirtsadda.com — including text, images, logos, and product photographs — is the property of Bulk T-Shirts Adda and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk T-Shirts Adda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
